Theo has spent over 20 years managing large projects in the mining, resources and commercial construction industries, from concept and feasibility to commissioning.
In recent years he has spent considerable time project managing multi-billion-dollar resource projects, which has enabled him to utilise his strong leadership skills, increase his knowledge of alternate construction methods and demonstrate his adaptability. He has established strong networks within the resource sector of mining operations and has considerable experience in remote area resource development, fast-track construction, cost control, contract procurement and project management.
Having seen how the pressure of growing up today can affect young people, Theo has developed a strong interest in supporting and nurturing youth to provide them with the best opportunities as they grown up.
